Our Website is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom who are of legal driving age or older. We do not represent that the Website or the information, material and content displayed on it (the “Content”) is appropriate for use in or available in other locations. Our insurance and other product and service offerings linked to the Website, (the "Additional Products") are governed by additional terms ("Additional Terms") which you will also be subject to. For example, where you have purchased a service plan and/or GAP insurance which Assurant administers or underwrites, you will be subject to the service plan and/or insurance policy terms and conditions. The information and descriptions on the Website do not necessarily represent complete descriptions of all terms, conditions and exclusions of the Additional Terms and the precise terms and conditions and/or cover provided (as applicable) shall be included in the policy/product schedule and policy documents/ product terms and conditions issued to you for the Additional Products (as applicable).

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Additional Terms, in the event of any contradiction between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall control.

We may modify, suspend or terminate the Website

The Website is currently made available free of charge. Assurant reserves the right to charge a fee for access to, or use of, the Website, at any time in the future, and Assurant will notify you before it does so. Your access to or use of the Website before such time does not entitle you to access or use without charge in the future.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Website and/or any portion of it at any time for business or operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

Where you breach any of the provisions of these Terms, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate your use of the Website immediately. For termination for any reason, your right to use our Website and the Content will cease.

Registering for and deleting your account

If you register for an account to use the Website, you must complete the registration process by providing us with complete and accurate information as requested. You may delete your account on the Website at any time by logging into the Website, accessing “Profile & Settings” and selecting the “Delete Account” option under ”Manage”. Deletion of your account on the Website does not cancel the Additional Products, these may only be cancelled in accordance with the relevant Additional Terms.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account on the Website and your use of the Website, in whole or in part, at any time, if we have a reasonable belief that it is being used in connection with fraudulent activity.

Your use of our Content

The Website and its Content, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, video and audio material, software, Assurant logos, titles, characters, names, and button icons, are owned by or licensed to Assurant, Inc. or its subsidiaries or affiliates and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws around the world. All rights are reserved and you must not use the Intellectual Property other than as set out in these Terms.

You may view and download extracts and print a reasonable number of pages within the Website solely for your personal or internal, non-commercial purposes, provided that (a) no such pages are modified, and (b) this page and any notice in such pages regarding use or ownership are included with such stored, reproduced or distributed pages.
